I love practicing & teaching yoga. I truly believe yoga is a gift for us all and that there is a yoga practice suitable for absolutely everyone!

I teach group classes mainly from my own cozy home-studio with a beautiful rooftop in central Tel-Aviv, privately in my studio or your place, online and I have some classes also in TLV fashion mall, at Hashmonaim Country Club. I also offer many other services, like children yoga, Corporate, partner yoga, pre and post natal, meditations and more... On this site, you can find out all services and types of yoga I teach.
THE CLASSES I OFFER
CHILDREN YOGA
Yoga for children & youth from age 3 and over. There is a tremendous value in imparting tools of mindfulness, presence, exploration, and physical abilities from a young age. I offer private classes and also teach at schools through the Meyogi Company
THE TYPES OF YOGA I TEACH
VINYASA YOGA
Yoga classes with an emphasis on flow. My Vinyasa classes are characterized by high level of details on alignment and mindfulness, relatively slow and meditative pace and always include meditation and relaxation. Suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners.
YIN YOGA
A slow & healing yoga style, focusing on releasing and relaxing the body and mind. Being vs. doing. Letting the feminine energy take over by an effortless approach. At the physical level, the practice is great for improving flexibility and supporting more dynamic yoga practices. And on the mental level, learning to let go, surrender and receive.
PARTNER YOGA
Although Yoga is a practice of self-exploration and is a deep inner journey. Sometimes working with a partner can open up and teach so much about one-self and is a fun and connective experience.
Teaches us to fully listen and communicate our needs, learn to trust and surrender.
YOGA ALIGNMENT & YOGA THERAPY
Yoga classes with a strong emphasis on alignment, often using props such as bolsters, belts, chairs and ropes and staying in positions for longer periods. These sessions can be booked as private classes and sometimes they are part of the group sessions.
MEDITATION
Meditation for me is the essence of yoga and the tool for connecting to our true happy nature within us all.
I teach yogic meditation (object focused meditation, mindfulness) combined with exercises from the Vedanta tradition.
YOGA NIDRA
Literally means "Yogi Sleep”. It's a meditation and conscious relaxation practice that is intended to induce total physical, mental, and emotional relaxation.
PREGNANCY / PRENATAL YOGA
Classes to support women during the versatile and sensitive pregnancy period. The classes help to keep the changing body vital and healthy. Strengthening in the face of flexibility, stretching and elongation, use of breath, sound, movement, relaxation and tools to prepare for the moment of birth.
YOGA THERAPY - TAILORED PRIVATE CLASSES
Therapeutic or regular yoga classes tailored specifically to the client's needs using all my knowledge and skills. We can focus on breathing (pranayama), relaxation, dealing with health issues, yoga for couples for connection and intimacy, balance of yin-yang, posture - the choice is up to you.
