A little more about me
I am a dedicated, motivated and constantly learning yoga instructor with vast training and experience in my own practice and teaching.
Born in Peru, I grew up in Israel and lived in London for over a decade where I discovered Yoga in 2003.
After a previous career in the wine and corporate world, I became a certified yoga instructor for Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yoga Therapy and I am currently practicing Iyengar Yoga. I have studied with teachers like Master Ji, Vijay Kumar, Doron Yoga, Neta Barnea (Ashtanga Vinyasa), Surinder Singh, Gandhar Mandlik (Hatha) Noa Zweig, Usha Devi, Maty Ezraty, Birjoo Mehta (Iyenger).
I feel inspired and driven by movement, people, spirit, travel, fun, joy and energy. On top of my outgoing and energetic personality; looking internally and developing inner bliss is something I took on years ago and still work on day by day. It is a practice I try to pass on to my students.
I am empathetic, I understand and relate to the struggles of others (also because to me yoga has never been ‘easy’) and this has a strong influence on my teaching style. I enjoy inspiring others to improve their lifestyles and well-being and use yoga as a tool to enhance mental and physical health.
